Holly Willoughby approached for Netflix

There are rumors circulating that Holly Willoughby is under consideration to co-host a new jungle-themed show with Bear Grylls for Netflix.

The 42-year-old TV presenter has reportedly been approached to front the series, where celebrities will confront challenges presented by survival expert Bear Grylls.

If Holly accepts the role, it would mark her first major project since stepping down from hosting This Morning in October.

According to a source quoted by The Sun, “A group of celebrities will be placed into a jungle where they will face a series of challenges. If they fail, they’ll have to match wits with Bear, who will be pursuing them. It’s a genuinely exciting concept, and Bear is fully on board. Now, they have Holly in their sights to host it.”

The insider also mentioned that Holly is open to offers but will be selectively choosing her next projects.

Holly is no stranger to a jungle setting, having hosted a season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2018.

Her return to television is imminent as she is scheduled to host Dancing On Ice this Sunday, alongside new co-host Stephen Mulhern, who has taken over from Phillip Schofield.
