Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly facing a permanent exclusion from the royal fold, as the royal family implements a fresh approach to counter the ongoing criticisms directed at them, according to a former royal butler.

Despite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex expressing a desire to mend ties with the royal family, it seems their efforts have been met with a resolute refusal, as their past “unwise” or “ill-judged” decisions have prompted the royals to deploy a new strategy to impart a lesson.

Since stepping back from their official duties in 2020 and relocating to the US, Meghan and Harry have remained estranged from the royal family.

Paul Burrell, Princess Diana’s former butler from 1987 to 1997, contends that the prospect of reconciliation between the two parties is highly improbable, as the Firm has created an internalized approach.

Burrell, speaking on behalf of Slingo, expressed his opinion: “I don’t believe they will be embraced with open arms again. The doors are firmly closed; the royals are consolidating. They are maintaining discretion and handling everything internally.”

“I believe that is their strategy: they have regrouped, united, and there is no room for Meghan and Harry.”

Fueling speculation further, the former royal butler hinted at the possibility of the former Suits actress penning her own revealing memoir.
