Queensland couple in court over daughter’s murder and torture

A mother and father accused of murdering and torturing their daughter in Brisbane’s west have refused to read a summary of the evidence that will be presented against them, a court has been told.

Jason Richard Strahus and Carrie Elizabeth Strahus face felony charges in connection with the death of 8-year-old Elizabeth Strahus at the family’s Rangeville home earlier this year.
