Black schoolboy is hit and told to ‘kiss shoes’ by tormenter in shocking ‘racist’ clip as teenager is arrested

A teenager has been arrested after horrific ‘racial abuse’ was caught on camera forcing a black student to kiss a white man’s shoe.

The incident, which is believed to have happened in Carlisle, Cumbria, on Friday is being treated as a suspected hate crime.
