The police have concluded their investigation into a viral video from April that showed a man nibbling a boy’s ear during a BBC broadcast.

World Snooker Championship

Seven-time world champion Stephen Hendry was speaking during a break in play in the BBC’s coverage of the afternoon session when the unsettling incident occurred in the background, visible over his left shoulder.

The man, whose relationship to the boy is unknown, seemed to whisper in the child’s ear before nibbling on it, shocking viewers.

The boy appeared unfazed, noticing that he was on the live broadcast. He smiled and waved at the camera as the man moved away.

Realizing he was being recorded, the man then broke into a cheesy grin and wobbled his head back and forth.
