Why Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Weren’t Photographed

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reunited this week in Singapore for the latest leg of Swift’s Era Tour.

While Swift’s tour opener, Sabrina Carpenter, quickly returned to Los Angeles to attend the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party with her boyfriend, Barry Keoghan, Swift and Kelce were not photographed at any of the parties. British Vogue reported that he attended Madonna and Guy Osiri’s “notoriously private” Oscars after-party. No picture of him has come out yet.

Their absence from the red carpet is at least understandable. Swift is off headlining a week of shows in Singapore and may be looking to return to the U.S. for another private night.

Swift did not attend the Oscars, although she did have an invitation. Show producer Katie Mullen told IndieWire, “Listen, we all love Taylor. She’s the best cheerleader you could have in any audience, whether it’s the NFL or an awards show. So if she If she wants to sit on the plane and come to the Oscars, we will hold 100 percent of the seats for her.”
