Conspiracy theorists have cast doubt on a photo on social media showing the Princess of Wales smiling during a weekend shopping trip.

An ‘incredibly happy’ Princess Catherine was seen in public on Saturday as she accompanied her husband to visit their local farm shop in Windsor.

One photo from the visit showed the mother-of-three looking in good spirits, and looking healthy and relaxed, as she chatted with Prince William on their way back in the car.

The news may have led fans of the couple to believe that Kate is recovering from stomach surgery in January, which has left her unable to carry out public engagements.

It comes after wild social media speculation and gossip about Kate’s health and whereabouts, which is understood to have left the couple extremely worried.
